To confirm an order a 50% deposit is required to hold the goods. If this is not received goods can be sold to other parties.

If we are unable to complete the delivery at the scheduled time and location because there is no one to receive the goods, the goods will be returned to Life's A Breeze for storage.
An additional delivery charge will be required if another time or location is to be scheduled.
We do not provide an installation service; however, we can recommend an electrician who is highly qualified with an excellent reputation for electrical experience.
Please note: We are not responsible for installations and associated situations which may arise. Installation $500 per fan (All wiring in place) on HK Island, $600 per fan (All wiring in place) Kowloon/ NT. Pre- Installation Inspection $350 Highly recommended HK Island, $450 Kowloon/ NT.
If you are unsure about the ceiling any wiring and location issues we recommend that you request a site inspection. For fans purchased and cannot be installed refunds will be considered and the final decision is that of the Management of Life’s A Breeze Ltd. Goods must be presented in original condition in original unopened packaging along with all manuals, invoice and proof of purchase.
The customer is required to pay for the hiring of tall ladders and or scaffolding if required and transportation to and from the installation site.
The warranty covers manufacturing faults on the motor and the remote controls purchased from Life’s A Breeze Ltd. If you are experiencing problems please contact us directly and we will arrange an inspection. In the case that any fault is due to incorrect installation, misuse, all costs for labour and replacement parts are the responsibility of the customer.
Hunter Pacific International products are covered by a 1 year in home warranty and 3 year replacement on the motor only. At the conclusion of the in home warranty period the customer is responsible to return the fan motor(s) to our showroom where it will be checked, repaired, replaced as necessary. Collection and installation is the responsibility of the customer. Delivery to any location is at an extra charge.
Hunter Fan Co. and Fanimation Inc. and Matthews Fan Co. products have a limited lifetime warranty which includes a 1 year in home warranty. At the conclusion of the in home warranty period the customer is responsible to return the fan motor(s) to our showroom where it will be checked, repaired, replaced as necessary. Collection and installation is the responsibility of the customer. Delivery to any location is an extra charge.
All portable fans must be returned to the showroom for testing- No in home warranty. All transportation charges will be covered by the customer.
Ceiling fans and accessories replaced under warranty are warranted only for the remainder of the warranty period.
Repair or replacement work will be carried out free of charge by Life’s A Breeze Ltd or approved agent or as per the warranty agreement, subject to dated proof of purchase.
Warranty is only provided on ceiling and portable fans installed within in Hong Kong.
Ceiling and portable fans recommended and intended by the manufacturer for use indoors will not be covered if installed outdoors. This also covers the installation of light kits (not specified for outdoor use) and remote controls of any kind outdoors.
The cost of work or service call where this is nothing wrong with the ceiling fan or where the defective operation of the ceiling fan is due to failure of electricity, where defects caused by incorrect application or abuse of the ceiling fan, or damaged caused by unauthorised persons attempting to repair or install the ceiling fan.
Installation not carried out by a qualified, licensed electrician. Licence numbers and proof of purchase are required.
Any fan operating on a controller other than a manufacturer approved control (wall or remote control).
Claims for damage to furniture, carpets, wall ceiling, foundations or any other loss either directly or indirectly resulting from a faulty ceiling fan or poor installation.
Accessory lights from 10 days after purchase.
Light bulbs, batteries and the finish on any metal portion of the ceiling fan.
All signals sent through the power by street lights, hot water heaters, electrical appliances and electrical interference may cause an intermittent humming noise or altering of the speeds and light operation of the fan. This is not the fault of the ceiling fan.
Warranty transferred to another party.
ALL DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT (LIFE’S A BREEZE Ltd.) ARE FINAL.
